My travel begins at Bavaria ..

At 6:30 am I arrive in Munich Airport.  Dr Mayer, I wanted to thank you once again, for driving 1.5 hour from home to pick me up.  My tour in Bavaria begins ..

Beautiful weather and plenty of sunshine.  It is still very early in the morning.  Boss drives to the first stop of our tour, Passau, "Three-river City", his hometown of 2,000 years old.  These pictures overlooking the picturesque town of Passau ..

Attend a mass in the beautiful catherdral of Passau at noon.  Both of us are so sleep deprived that we fall almost asleep in the midst of the organ playing.  

     

  

 

Have had a stroll in town and, to our pleasant surprise, find a Wing Chun kungfu studio; visit the former house of Mayer's family, where he points to the attic, showing his little kingdom during childhood.

Visit the flooding mark of the City Hall, followed by a stroll by the waterfront, and enjoy a lovely breakfast under the sun.
